Did anyone else catch the people on the Today show talking during the weather break this morning? They had just finished a story about a man that fell 1000 feet
off a mountain and was remarkably unhurt, considering. When the rescue team got to him he was standing up and reading a map.
They said that he was saved because hitting the rocks on the way down slowed his fall.
During the break (No sound from our local station, just a picture) we heard a whistle from a high pitch to low, then a "whump" sound. Then a female (assumption because of the high pitch) said "Mother". Then mention of hitting the rocks on the way down followed by "Ouch, oof, ow, ouch", and a comment about Wiley Coyote doing that about a thousand time a day.
It was funny, and I'm glad they didn't say anything inappropriate.
Now for the test. Every time I post here it gets moved to somewhere else. Testing, testing, one, two, three...
