If you have a credit card, cell phone, receive utility bills, bought a new car or a newly built house your contract will very likely say somewhere in fine print you will be bound to mandatory binding arbitration if a dispute should arise with your said company.
MBA is in almost every contract consumers sign and they are usually not aware of it. MBA takes away a consumer's constitutional right to a trial by jury. MBA does not have to follow the law in decision making.
Just recently a bill was filed in Washington D.C. called the Arbitration Fairness Act of 2007.
