Yup, I'd say moderate drinking as well. Just a glass or two of red wine a day up to 5 days a week. Or a wee dram of scotch whisky or some other spirit every night. Final answer.
My granny lived to 96 and had a whisky every single night. My friend's granny does the same thing and she's an extremely sprightly 90. My Dad has had emphysema for donkey's years, and had a heart attack when he was fifty-something. He has a scotch whisky every night and is now 85.
Guess what I'm drinking now? (No, it's not early morning where I am, it's 9pm).
