"Probation".. I wish they'd come up with a different term for the "Period of Evaluation" for new employees. Probation makes it sounds like you just got out of prison!

I was out shopping today, at my favorite store, no not Victoria's Secret! I was at Cabela's, in Glendale, Arizona, about 8 miles away from my house.

When i last went to Arizona about 2 1/2 years ago i really liked Lake Roosevelt and if i ever lived in the Phoenix metro i'd be there all the time.
