Jezer has overslept and has to dash to work, so Mrs J is doing PotD.
My peeve - when you spend 30 minutes looking for an implement to do what should have been a 2 minute job ... maybe the electric wire detector (needed before you 'quickly' put up that picture) was lent to a neighbour ... ?
That's a good one..
I was just thinking of something kind of tool related. It is that I hate it when things don't stay up. Like when you put up a calendar and every time you change the month the nail falls out and it falls down. Or you raise the blinds or a window shade, and they won't lock. Or when you glue something and it comes apart again.
Same problem here! My DH seems to loose little things all the time, but, he thinks I know where he lost them. Uh, no!
What helps me organize tiny tools and things, plastic tackle box inserts! The ones that come with the 'soft' tackle boxes.
I started out just using them for my jewelers tools, wire and beads. Then it progressed to nuts, bolts and screws, small screwdrivers and chisels......
Yes, i'm addicted to them, but it's an organized addiction!

Welcome Mrs. J. That is a very good peeve. I am sure there are at least a couple of times a week when I go looking for something to complete a task. And like Tek_Freek, it always seems to be very close to the location I was looking in. I really do think I need to make a miscellaneous "Where Is" list, sometimes. It's aggravating, for sure.
