So funny, elnina. In one of the cities in a Canadian province, management actually banned police from hanging out at donut shops saying it created a bad image for the department. The decision was later overturned.

My BIL is a retired Duval County Sheriff. He'd stop the donut truck and then find a Skinner's Dairy truck to pull over.
