Today's Peeve Of The Day, Saturday 17th March. (cost, house, best)

Good morning peevers.

Mrs J and I are heading to a super-duper store to get finishing touches for the re-modelling of the house.

Some purchases are going to be more exciting than others. We need a new vacuum cleaner- the poor old one has had enough of all the dust and rubble that has been around!

How about that for a peeve?

Having to pay out for boring household goods.

Yeah you'd best leave your wallet at home.. Especially if looking for a vacuum cleaner.

Actually we got a good buy on an commercial Oreck model and it's a great vacuum. Cost $250.00, not bad for a vacuum with a lot of good suction.

Try new windows.... I don't want new windows but they are a must. The double pane has split.... That's a lot of camping $$

I tried that broom bit once, all it did was move the dirt from one side of the room to the other. And on the carpet, it was really difficult to use.
