I love fresh flowers in the house, don't have them often enough.

Just about anything that will hold the soil and water is fun to use to display flowers! One of my favorites has been a pitcher I found at an antique store. I do like adding a certain amount of greenery and "sticks" to the froo-froo.

SPIFF UP A ROOM WITH FLOWERS

If you feel floral bouquets are too feminine or froo-froo (), try using just greenery or greens and small branches.

Use your imagination and have fun!

You take a lot of interesting pics in your part of the country, Izzy! I've never seen shoes and boots used for plants and flowers!

Hubby gave me the most beautiful bo-kay of mixed yellow flowers for my birthday. Had an old floral vase to put them in they were gorgeous!
That's a beautiful arrangement! Is it now a dried arrangement?

Flowers brighten the room, like you, nice tip Pamster.

Spouse has various artificial arrangements scattered through out the house. They look so real, especially when they get dusty. Then I have to treat them like children and give them a bath.
