I have actually encountered problems twice with waitresses and the ending result was they were fired on
the spot. And of course our dinners were at no charge.

The first incident made no sense. I simply asked for new silverware as I do not like to reuse silverware after my salad, She became very argumentative and smug. I later found out she was doing this to alot of customers when I asked them not to fire her.

The second incident was at a high rated restaurant. I was given something I did not order. And despite all my witnesses, the waitress still insisted I ordered it. They were going to charge me for bringing my "correct" order and charge me for their "incorrect" order..
