That's what comforts me, people that care. I find that no-one in the real world even comprehends that I'm feeling down. Not that everyone on here needs to know, it's the fact that they are here, that matters.
Yeah, I feel the same way!.....I should have put a in my post when I said, "whaddya mean"!
Say a little pray....go shopping....and have a glass of vino when I get home and put my feet up as I say to myself....self....you will get through this. And if I cry for a while, then I just cry and get it over with.
When something gets me down ,sad or mad...
I clean things I usually wait for the last moment
I go for walks
I rope jump
I take a trip down memory lane
I listen always to music and sing along
I write poems
I bake
Wow! Everyone has such great ideas for coping!
I have a tendancy to bake french bread when I'm angry (Because I can beat it to death! ), fruit pastries when I'm sad, quick breads when I'm lonely or missing someone, yeast breads when I am happy. Basically, I bake. A lot.
But when I am really, really down or terribly upset, I go get on Grace's bed and she will come to me and give me kissies and hugs, and long eyeball stares until I can't help but laugh. She heals my soul when the wounds are deep. She is my sunshine, my little lovie who gives my heart such joy! I have to feel better then, because everything else just slips away!
I am blessed!
