Oh yeah, I love this tip Pam!! I decided long ago that I have no room in my life for chronically negative people that constantly complain about everything. I avoid those folks as much as possible! It's more complicated with family members who are negative but I try to spend the minimal amount of time with them as possible. I don't want or need all that negative energy dragging me down!
This happened to me last year and part of this year. I let some people who were constantly negative drag me down, and I often just wasn't my cheerful self. It was a total drain on my morale. I was later surprised at how much the complainers dragged me down before I realized I was not acting like myself. Once I finally was able to distance myself a bit and better control how much time I spent listening to the complainers, my heart was lifted and I'm back to being happy Pammy again.

Complain complain complain, that's all you do, sit around and drink beer and watch TV while I make dinner and clean the house, can't you give me a hand once in awhile...
Have you heard that before...
We had a neighbor like that one time.
Hey Pam, is it all right to complain about the food being cold or the bad service at a restaurant.

Okay, good tips but did anyone click on the video clip about sacred drugs? Now that is a trip. LOL
