Today's Question(s):

What was the last "food craving" you had? I have so many, I can't think of the last one. I tend to crave fast food on the way home from work, and I rarely if ever stop. It helps that the nearest small town only has a mickeyD's and a taco bueno. Not exactly a lot of choices there.

Did you resist or give in ? I was strong and resisted.

Bonus Question:

What was the last thing you tried to do and then realized "this is why there are folks that get paid to do this" ? Landscaping/yard work.

Extra Credit Question:

In honor of Waffle Day

Do you have a Waffle maker in your home ? Yes.
Is it a
Regular one ? I don't know the difference.
Belgian style ? They both have squares and they both make waffles.

Last time you used it ?
Years. I just make pancakes.

Today's Question Friday 8-24-12

Good morning everyone
Happy Friday

It is a beautiful morning here in NEFL it is nice and cool outside. I don't think we have seen temps this low in months

Keeping good thoughts for those that may be in the storms path Yes, I am sure all of us are hoping that the storm dies off.

Here's hoping that he just fizzles out in the gulf

Today's Question(s):

What was the last "food craving" you had ? I guess for something sweet. I love homemade cookies, but I really don't eat them in the summer.

Bonus Question:

What was the last thing you tried to do and then realized "this is why there are folks that get paid to do this" ?

weeding a garden that was totally overgrown with rose thorns and deep-rooted weeds

Extra Credit Question:

In honor of Waffle Day

Do you have a Waffle maker in your home ? no

Today in History:
0079 - The volcano, Mt. Vesuvius, erupted for the first time. Vesuvius exploded without warning at about noon, covering Pompeii in a layer of ash nearly 13 feet deep. Last January my son and I went to an exhibit in the Boston Museum of Science and it was all about Pompeii. Just wonderful with all those artifacts that you have always seen in pictures and wide/large screen films with music and all ( as if you had been there).

Have a wonderful weekend, everyone
