If our neighborhood isn't put down enough, the local kids have to wheel the closest stray Shopping Cart right to the corner of our block, take out their back-packs and go along their merry way.
It took 3 weeks for it to finally be removed.!!
What bugs me is that this local grocery store gave me the run around when I called to ask them to pick it up.
Why can't they get those auto locking ones like they have at target ? You know that the wheels lock when you get a certain distance away from the store...like the perimeter of the parking lot ?
And one more thing...warm drinking fountains really bug me.

Standing in the middle of the aisle in any store for any reason is not acceptable. Target should lock your wheels when you come in the door.
People who take a sip from a warm drinking fountain and then leave a parking lot with a shopping cart really get my goat.
