Whats a language you could never tire listening to or speaking?
Body language is my personal favorite, mastering that quiet well
On a serious note, however, ( I speak German and English), do I agree with some people when they say German sounds "harsh" and somewhat "angry" in a way.
Us Germans are a bit loud sometimes...huh......but friendly.
I also master several words in other languages ...like French, Russian, Italian, Turkish. (unfortunately though just the "bad ones"....)
I would really LOVE to learn the Italian language...it sounds soft, easy flowing....romantic.
I always get looks and questions without fail from people when they hear me speaking it, because they have no clue what on God's green earth they are hearing. I always wondered what it sounded like to others, since it is my native language I don't "hear" it as would someone who doesn't speak it.
French would be my favorite language, because it is like the speaker is making love to the ears of the listener. Hard to explain - Italian is a close second, but probably because the men are so easy on the eyes.
OTOH, I want to flee the scene whenever Tagalog is spoken around me.
Hurray DontH8Me !!! I know I brutalized the spelling of it, the russian one should be right though... me and my angry bunnies.
I lived there for just over 4 years, and I loved it, because it sounded like none other I was ever exposed to. Latin based languages are so easy to pick up on, if you don't speak italian, its ok, you can understand spanish, so on so forth.. german my homeland, yes they do sound angry and brisk! Russian, hehehe.. russian in a deep low male voice will make my knees wobble, I don't care if they're reading me the phonebook!
I honestly love most languages but Russian is an awesome language. I studied it for a little bit and had some of the salutations down. Writing Russian is even more cool...

Ah yes, I know of what you speak - it helps if he looks like this while he's reading that phonebook:
