Morning y’all
. . . . . Didja Know?
If you live in New York you might want to find an excuse to get out of jury duty
in this judge’s courtroom.

A man was in the jury pool when he started having chest pains and trouble breathing.
An officer then let the judge know about man's difficulties.

The judge’s response? "There's a few more minutes left. They can wait."

Fortunately the officer realized the potential juror really did need assistance and removed
him from the pool. Doctors at a nearby hospital confirmed the man was in fact having a
heart attack.

They can wait? I suppose the next time I'm in a juror pool, I'll tell my heart attack to wait also..

The judge's title is: Justice Joel Blumenfeld... It doesn't sound like he knows anything about Justice, let alone the apparent symptoms of heart attacks.

It's judges like this that make going to court less than fun!

This judge has no heart, otherwise he'd recognize someone having a heart attack. I suppose if someone fell and broke their arm he would say "well you still have another one you can use"...
