Getting old aahhh myself I have no complaint..well I know I earned each grey hair line of mine. I know I did all I could raising my 4 children,healthy lifestyle and always enjoying life to the fullest. Looking in the mirror yes I see an older me,but a wiser me
but for some reason I look a bit shorter.
But yes I am looking actually forward for the Golden years sitting with my better half on a park bench,walking arm in arm strolling wherever we are and being there for each other. The first 30 years were like a rough sea and now smooth sailing til the end.
There is a fountain of youth: it is your mind, your talents, the creativity you bring to your life and the lives of people you love. When you learn to tap this source, you will truly have defeated age.
