Ehm... we are in Europe too, you know? Some Italians are used to use hand gesture a lot. But it is not a meaningless "moving their hand non-stop in the air". We have a lot of gestures with a precise meaning. I would like to show you some examples, but now I'm writing from my mobile phone so I can't.
I wish I used my hands to make meaningless gestures while I talk. I never know what to do with my hands while I'm having a conversation with someone. So very awkward.
