Withdrawal? Having someone to take care of...they finally passed. Huh?
Now what do I do? They, my mom, took over my whole life for awhile...

But you know what? Whether coffee or a place...withdrawal has a short lifespan;
New habits fill the space!

OMGoodness, I have been having a major dose of chocolate withdrawal but I cannot do anything about it.
One of the medications I take has this terrible side affect.
I currently cannot stand the sight, smell or taste of anything chocolate or remotely sweet, it makes me want to vomit immediately.

I'm on soda withdrawls... caffeine free as well as the leaded version.

I'm trying to cut back on sugar and the fake sugar as well...... too much crapola to ingest.

I read somewhere that fake sugars are now stimulating insulin release the same way that real sugar does.

Isn't that a mo fo?? I mean the crux of the low carb diet is not stimulating insulin spikes and now finding out fake sugar does it to the body as well as real sugar.........

Can't win for losing....

I am currently craving anything that has carbohydrates and I am not sure why but every meal I want pasta, potatoes, bread or all of the above together.
It is quite frustrating because we don't have carbohydrates every meal because of Mr. CSD's diabetes.

*Chow, nice to see you again, how's the bunny?*

I just about crashed and burned when M.A.S.H aired its final episode.

I felt the same way with the final episode of China Beach. Those folks were "my" generation and I identified with it and them.

Back in the early 60s there was a new soda available. It was called "Pommac" It tasted like what I thought champagne might taste like. I loved it. I'm not even sure it was a nationwide release but it was popular in west Texas. I suppose I was addicted. All of a sudden it was no longer available. That's when I switched to Dr. Pepper. But, I still miss Pommac.

How long has it been since you've had your shirt off in the sun? Maybe if you take your shirt off, throw on some skin tight black jeans, and frolic around the condo, you'll gain your rightful place at the head of the queue.
