(Reminder now is the time to turn your clocks back if you are currently on daylight savings time and have not done so)

Let's start with some post Halloween questions...
Halloween isn't my thing?

Did you go Trick or Treating?

Or did you stay home and give out goodies to the 'lil ones?

Stayed in and watched the original Halloween movie and then Hocus Pocus.

It poured rain the first half of the day with intermittent showers throughout the rest of the day. A soggy, flooded, nasty day.

If so how many 'goblins' came to your door?

Two but they came together.

Or did you turn out the lights and hide?

I neither advertise nor hide.

Did you go to any Halloween party's?

If so did you dress in costume?

Did anyone TP your house/apt?

Did you TP anyone?

Anything unusual happen for Halloween?

Homes and businesses flooded, but that's not really unusual in this city.

Misc questions?
How far from your State Capitol do you live?

Austin is about 2 1/2 hours away.

Do you even know where your State Capitol is?

Do you have a hobby you really enjoy?

Yes.

Have you ever stepped on some gum?

Yes.

Have you ever stepped into a mud puddle?

Yes.

Have you ever stepped into a cow pie?

I seem to recall stepping in one once, but I haven't been around too many cows.

What have you stepped in?

Yes.

When you get bored what do you do?

Watch YouTube. I like to be productive.

As a kid what did you enjoy the most?

Drawing, making things, scaring people, spending Saturday at the mall. A enjoyed a lot of things.

If you were to open a business, what would it be?

A roller rink.

How far is your nearest neighbor?

Next door.

If you were to become an animal what would you be?

Bird.

What is your favorite ice cream flavor?

Not a big fan of ice cream, but if I can get without milk I'll take chocolate.

Are you a cheese lover?

No. Pretty much only if it's on pizza or stuffed into a jalapeno.

All about me, fill in the blanks:
Color me green.
Write me a blank check.
Send me somewhere fun.
Watch me No, don't.
Make me ?
If I had a_______________I'd be happy as a________________?

[quote=wit-nit;41765642] Howdy and welcome to the Questions of the Day for Sunday November 1, 2015. As a Scorpio born on November 1st, you are known for your ambition, passion and outer reserve. You have a passion that defines your inner-self. Your passion materializes as an ambition for success that leaves you unsatisfied being anything but the best. While your friends and family admire your drive, they may be most impressed with your ability to remain calm and collected in any situation. Your outer self is so reserved that others struggle to understand your true intentions at times.

(Reminder now is the time to turn your clocks back if you are currently on daylight savings time and have not done so)
I forgot to do so and I'm up way too early. Two of the shorties is still asleep. One is an early bird like John.
Let's start with some post Halloween questions...
Halloween isn't my thing?
Did you go Trick or Treating? I had lots of treats yesterday
Or did you stay home and give out goodies to the 'lil ones? Yes.
If so how many 'goblins' came to your door? About 30?
Or did you turn out the lights and hide?
Did you go to any Halloween party's? Yes at my house
If so did you dress in costume? Yes. We were both vampires and I had fangs that look like real teeth. It was great fun telling people that they were permanent and they believed me.
Did anyone TP your house/apt? Don't make me come over there.
Did you TP anyone?
Anything unusual happen for Halloween?
Right before Halloween I was testing the witch that goes on the front porch. She holds this lantern that interfaces with her and these hands appear in the lantern with children saying help me. I put the first set of new batteries in and the lantern was really bright for about 30 seconds and the batteries drained to almost nothing. I put a second set of new batteries in and the same thing happened. I thought it was broken so we bought a new one for $40 dollars but it doesn't interface with the witch. John put the same batteries in the lantern that I took out and the lantern worked
Misc questions?
How far from your State Capitol do you live? Maybe about a 3 hour drive.
Do you even know where your State Capitol is? Yes I do but I've never been there.
Do you have a hobby you really enjoy? Many.
Have you ever stepped on some gum? Not for a long long time.
Have you ever stepped into a mud puddle? Yes
Have you ever stepped into a cow pie? Yes
What have you stepped in? Back in the summer when I was still working I took the boys for a walk after work in the park. It was dark and I walked into a water puddle in the grass. I was blocks from home and I had to finish the walk with squishy feet.
When you get bored what do you do? I haven't been bored in quite a while but I usually clean something, take a walk, or ride my bike.
As a kid what did you enjoy the most? Spending the night at a friends house away from the drunk dysfunctional people who were both ill equipped to raise children. That and riding my bike for ab hour to go horse back riding.
If you were to open a business, what would it be?A Halloween store
How far is your nearest neighbor? Just about 20 feet away.
If you were to become an animal what would you be? A lap dog to a very rich old lady.
What is your favorite ice cream flavor? Lately it's been moose tracks.
Are you a cheese lover?Yes, especially goat cheese.

Thanks wit-nit. The other two shorties are up and we are heading out for breakies. The party was fun and I think we had about 40 people. There were a lot of comments about not believing that it was the last party but it was. It's so much work. The house is trashed, Howie ate 7 cup cakes off the table a chicken bone and a candy bar. He's fine but I was worried about him. It will take about a week to get it all down and put away. I'll miss the party but I'm done.

Fun time:
Reaching the end of a job interview, the Human Resources Officer asks young Mikey, the engineer fresh out of Technical School, "And what starting salary are you looking for?" Mikey replies, "I'd like to start in the region of $125,000 a year, depending on the benefits package you offer."
The interviewer inquires, "Well, what would you say to a package of five weeks vacation, 14 paid holidays, full medical and dental, company matching retirement fund to 50% of salary, and a company car leased every two years, say, a red hot Camaro or Corvette?" Mikey sits up straight eyes wide open and exclaims, "Wow!!! Are you kidding?" The interviewer replies, "Yeah, but you started it."

Quotable quote:
"Do something. If it works, do more of it. If it doesn't, do something else". Franklin D. Roosevelt

Thanks wit-nit, great job...
