My best: Four beautiful birthday cards from my boyfriend (now my husband) because he said he needed to get all four to express what he wanted to say to me -- and he apologized for not being much of a writer himself!

My worst: When I was 13 in 1966, I had been begging for white "go-go" boots for months. Lo and behold, on Christmas morning I unwrapped and opened a large shoe box . . . .only to find children's white rain boots inside . . . you know, the kiddie kind that are made of rubber -- and this was NOT a joke on my parents' part. Kmart.com (Not exactly something that Nancy Sinatra would have worn, right?http://www.amazon.com/Boots-Nancy-Si.../dp/B007TNGAOG)

My best: A Playstation 2 when I was 11. Although I only ended up playing it for about a year it was still a great gift.

My worst: The clothes I always seem to get from my aunt. I am probably the least fashionable person you'll ever meet, and I already have more than enough sweatshirts. I don't need more. Thankfully she includes the gift receipt, and it usually gets taken back within a matter of days.
