Every other week when my house keeper comes, but during the summer if we sleep hot and get sweaty one night I'll change them the next morning because it grosses me out to sleep on what's now like a used sweat rag. The husband thinks I'm nutters.
Used to change them once a week. In the last few years I switched to every five days. They used to get a bit of smell before even though I shower in the evening, so every five days works better. I am very sensitive to odors.
