Just curious.

Every time someone seems to reveal their age/profession in many of the forums it seems to be "Well I am in my 60s" or "I am retired." Of course, some forums like Relationships skew younger.

There are also often heated discussions about those darn "millennials" too which I find to be a dead give away of age. I am a GenXer and I can honestly say that the only people I ever encounter who talk about millennials, their habits and how they are ruining the world, are BBs.

So is C-D mostly BBs and retirees?

Who else has the spare time in their lives to spend on mindless posting? Gotta wonder about anyone younger being here.

I come to think that I'm a baby boomer that is retired. My wife is always yelling at me to "quit acting like a baby, and to act your age".

Are most people on C-D a retiree or Baby Boomer? Neither we are the relics of years gone by...

Old enough to know better but young enough to still care.

I can never remember what 'title' has been given to my age bracket. 56 here and retired but thinking about getting a job.

I'm young enough that I can remember when dirt was invented. And that's one of the few things I remember too. LOL

I'm a double whammy: Retired Baby Boomer. I think that message boards like this tend to attract an older crowd. The younger people are all texting and Twittering. Even Facebook now has the reputation of being for older people.

What is the difference between today's retired person and baby boomer? Are they not the same?
