When was the last time you skated?
A week ago last Monday. I was ice skating backwards when my skate got caught in a rough patch of ice. My left wrist took the full force of the fall. I hear it snap and felt it break. On the way to the hospital I kept thinking about John McCain. I could not imagine the agony he was in with two broken arms and a broken leg only to be captured, beaten, and denied medical treatment. It makes me cringe to think about how much he suffered.
