I got wholloped by flu earlier this week and still feel lousy. I think it would be wise to post these "while the gettin' is good".

Today's Take 'Em How You Like 'Em Question(s):
What do you have that you consider lucky?

Tell us any element(s)?

Any metal object(s) you used recently, and what kind of metal(s) if you know?

Name any mythological figure(s) :________________

Foodie Question(s):
Do you take advantage of restaurants' early bird specials?

Just for fun:
Did you know the full name of the holiday was SAINT Valentine's Day?

Today's Dumb Joke:
Did you hear about the study on the effects of beer drinking on walking?
The results are staggering.

Today in Technology History: Busy day in tech history!
1876 Telephone patented by both Alexander Graham Bell and Elisha Gray, who then fought a legal battle over who invented it

I got wholloped by flu earlier this week and still feel lousy. I think it would be wise to post these "while the gettin' is good".

Today's Take 'Em How You Like 'Em Question(s):
What do you have that you consider lucky? As in a lucky charm? I do have a horse shoe, though mostly because it's from a pony we had and not because I consider it lucky. I consider myself lucky in that my daughters and grands live close to me and I was lucky to love my work for so many years. I was thinking today as I watched lovely big snowflakes lazily falling from the sky that I am lucky to live where I do.

Tell us any element(s)? Cobalt, Copper Are you only looking for chemical elements? Fire, Water, Earth, Air are Nature Elements. I am in my element in the classroom.

Any metal object(s) you used recently, and what kind of metal(s) if you know? I used a cookie sheet today. I would guess it's made of aluminum.

Name any mythological figure(s) : Pegasus, Medusa

Foodie Question(s):
Do you take advantage of restaurants' early bird specials? Have done.

Just for fun:
Did you know the full name of the holiday was SAINT Valentine's Day? Have heard it called that, yes.

Today's Dumb Joke:
Did you hear about the study on the effects of beer drinking on walking?
The results are staggering. Hardy har har.......

Happy (Saint) Valentine's Day - early! Thanks, bjh. Get some rest & feel better!
