I used to only use goose down feather pillows but I discovered memory foam pillows from Tempurpedic and LOVE them. They are the perpetually cool type and I think they are a medium lift. I am a side sleeper. They are made for whatever position you generally sleep in.

Went to view some homes for sale in a new subdivision, two cemetaries were left untouched and the streets and homes were built around them. Obviously a family owned farm or ranch.
