I am going to women's prayer breakfast later this morning because my friend is in town and invited me. Now what amazes me about these events is there r usually a lot of good looking gals that need to eat right, but there r never good food choices to facilitate that need, so I will have decaf, whole grain toast and a fruit selection if available.

Hey very simple here today I just fried me up a big ole pan of bacon set down with a large cold glass of OJ and enjoyed myself.....

I popped open a roll of those easy bake sweet rolls with the icing packet and had coffee with them. They taste good and make the house smell good.
