Chocolate Lagoon Cream of Wheat-- LOL.. Spongebob packaging lol. Didn't have regular Cream of Wheat...same calories,same everything...not bad! and swig of OJ!

Had 2 breakfasts today. Cereal early in the AM, then at noon went to Village Inn and had eggs, sausage, hash browns and hotcakes w/maple syrup...mmm heaven yummy.

Nomadicus did u eat breakfast today? I ate it at lunch time. I had green eggs and grapefruit juice, supplements that did not agree with me so I ate some black licorice for medicinal purposes.

Nice, I cannot sleep it is 2:06 AM my time so I decided to have my breakfast. I ate chips and salsa and Cheerios. Well I know I shouldn't have but in 2 hours I will go to the gym and eat better the rest of the day. I hope ur breakfast is as satisfying as mine
