Good morning!

Today's Question(s):

Who still has to get candy & stuff ? Not us - actually we're just back from the supermarket, we bought "our" candies today. And since I took chocolaty stuff, I asked hubby not to touch them...
Still have to buy some things to decorate, though

Anyone going to or giving a Halloween party ? No

ok Fess up who dresses their pets in a costume ? No pets here, but if I had one, I would never ever dress it in a Halloween costume, I sincerely find it ridiculous - no offense!

Bonus Question:

What are your plans for this weekend ? Gardening. If it stops raining. Otherwise, I don't know, we like improvising.

Extra Credit Question:

What was the last thing you did that " made a difference" ? no idea...

Just for Fun:

Last thing that made you just a bit "crazy: ? Humm.. earlier this week scam college students came to our neighborhood, trying to do some door to door "sale". We live in a gated community, supposedly a secure place. But since these guys managed to get in anyway, I started freaking out. I know, it's silly, but this whole story just drove me nuts! Hubby told me I was saying silly things ever since it happened...

Today is:
National Bologna Day - My bologna has a first name ... (Thanks Karka, now I have Alan Jackson's song in my head!!)
Good and Plenty Day - once upon a time there was an engineer and I married him?
National Crazy Day After nuts day, crazy day... it's still our day my friends!
Matches Day What sort of match? (rugby or soccer for me, please)
Make a Difference Day I wish I could - not sure I can. I'll try my best.

Have a good day and a wonderful week-end!

Today's Question(s):

ok with Halloween 1 week away I gotta ask

Who still has to get candy & stuff ? We are at our winter place, very few people live here year round and there are few families with young children.

Anyone going to or giving a Halloween party ? Not us.

ok Fess up who dresses their pets in a costume ? Not a costume but, every day during cooler temps, my dogs are wearing little outfits.

Bonus Question:

What are your plans for this weekend ? Head over to Laughlin and have brunch at one of the casinos.

Extra Credit Question:

What was the last thing you did that " made a difference" ? We installed a water softener and R.O. system. What a difference!

Just for Fun:

Last thing that made you just a bit "crazy: ? There is a reason the word "rant" is in warranty. We were told it can take up to six weeks to have our TV repaired. Extended warranty from Target.

Have a great weekend!

ok Fess up who dresses their pets in a costume ? I would but DH won't let me.

Bonus Question:

What are your plans for this weekend ?
We will go visit FIL at the house (he is back from tending to MIL for the day while other kids keep her company) He needs a break from sitting in the hospital all the time. Then tomorrow, when some of the others head back home, we will go sit with MIL in the ICU. She is getting better but it is going to be a long road ahead.

Extra Credit Question:

What was the last thing you did that " made a difference" ?
my "job" in the extended family is "peacekeeper". I am the one that the siblings will "vent" to and my job is to calm them down.

Just for Fun:

ok Fess up who dresses their pets in a costume ? Not I, but when they stayed at the kennel last week they were in the doggy parade the town holds! I didn't even know, but they were dressed as dashies and they're old, pudgy corgi mixes, so that must have been funny! They came home from being groomed with halloween kerchiefs. Too cute!!!

Come on, make a difference!! lol Then I'm roasting duck breast w/ blackberry, balsamic confit and serving along side roasted yams, pumpkin, and beets! There, did that get your interest piqued? Email for directions and don't worry, I've got your paintbrush ready for ya! LOL
