It's been in the 20's during the day and in the teens at night here in Pittsburgh. It's also been snowing a few inches every night/morning so it's getting tough to get around. So far, my children's school hasn't been delayed, but other local schools have.
We are supposed to be in the teens on Saturday. Brrrrrrrr!
I am in south-central Wisconsin, where it is rather brisk this week.
We got up to a blistering 18 degrees at the hottest part of the day today, are currently sitting at 13 and clear, and are predicted to get back down to zero overnight. Tomorrow is forecast as the hottest part of the week: we might break 20 degrees. I'm sure everyone will be in shorts and shirtsleeves for the occasion. Of course by Friday night, the lows will be back below zero again.
Brisk, definitely brisk this week. I might actually get my wool sweater out of the cedar chest.
Today it hit 55 in the Portland burbs, with no wind, and I was lovin' it. BUT ~ it was very dark out all day from heavy cloud cover (though it managed to not rain). When I walked out of the house at 7:30 a.m. I couldn't believe how dark it was.
