April Fool!!!!

How about we change it to......(since it needs to be a questions)

What will you do with your time since there's no question of the day?

Today's Question(s):
You know the saying "April's Showers bring May Flowers" And what do May Flowers bring? Pilgrims!!!

So will any of our QOTD family be starting the day with April Showers ? Nope...pretty pretty day here!

p.s. How come March and April are the only Months that have a saying

Bonus Question:
I know no one likes being sick but

If I have to get something I would rather it affect my ___sinuses____ instead of my _ummm tummy and ummm hind quarters____ ?

Extra Credit Question:

When was the last time you "put your foot down" ? Yesterday at work....it happens alot at work. I'm nice about it tho....I've been told it's an almost pleasant experience to be fussed at by me. LOL..I figure, I'm going to need these people one day, I'm not going to tick them off.

Inquiring Minds Question :

Are they calling for a yuckier than normal allergy season in your neck of the woods ?
Yes...I bought more allergen blocker just yesterday.
Just for Fun:

Last time you had Meatloaf ? About a month ago...hubby LOVES my meatloaf.

What is your favorite type of sliced bread ? Whole wheat.

1987 - Steve Newman became the first man to walk solo around the world. The 15,000-mile trek took him four years and untold pairs of shoes to complete. Didn't he get soggy crossing the ponds?

Word of the Day:

Yup, Sue, that's the first thing I thought of. At least I hope it's an April Fool's day prank and not a sign that Karla is ill.

Karla, if you're healthy and laughing at all the addicts twitching for our daily fix, good on ya for coming up with a great prank! And if you're feeling under the weather today, I send you wishes for a speedy return to health.

ETA - aww, poor thing - feel better fast! And thanks for posting the questions in time that I can reply before heading to work!

Today's Question(s):
You know the saying "April's Showers bring May Flowers"

So will any of our QOTD family be starting the day with April Showers?

Not in our neck of the woods - sunny and high 70s today!!

p.s. How come March and April are the only Months that have a saying?

Doggoned if I know - they've got better publicists than the rest of the months????

Bonus Question:
I know no one likes being sick but

If I have to get something I would rather it affect my
respiratory system instead of my guts.
I can deal with blowing my nose, but running to the bathroom every few minutes gets old in a hurry.

Extra Credit Question:

When was the last time you "put your foot down"?

Oh, about 30 minutes ago when my cat was begging for another treat. He gets a couple of morsels of dehydrated salmon every morning after I finish breakfast, and he'd really, really, REALLY like the whole bag.

Inquiring Minds Question :

Are they calling for a yuckier than normal allergy season in your neck of the woods?

You know, I don't know that I've heard a forecast for how bad the allergens are going to be this spring, but I can sure attest to the fact that I have been sneezing up a storm for the past couple of weeks.

Just for Fun:

Last time you had Meatloaf?

Oh, it's been a month or so. Time for another one, I think!

What is your favorite type of sliced bread?

Hmmm, do you mean the store-bought pre-sliced kind? If so, our preferred kind is Brownberry Natural Wheat.

If you're talking about my all-time favorite bread ever, however, then the answer is the wonderful stuff my spouse bakes.
