Most upscale Ottawa grocery store? (shops, Whole Foods, suburbs)

What is considered to be one of Ottawa's best grocery stores in terms of quality/selection of goods?

Farm Boy maybe? Not sure if it's considered upscale.

I'm late to this thread but.... Upscale? Whole Foods for sure (Lansdowne Place). Possibly some specialty places like the Nicastro locations (Italian specialists) etc., but I would tend to say that the grocery stores in the core of the city are all a bit pricier than comparable shops in the suburbs.
