I was out sick last week-1 day- I am a preschool teacher- my coworker who has room next door cleaned my room-I team teach with another teacher but am alone on this day I was absent- We concentrate on being with the children-room was not that bad - now our boss wants to talk with us and we plan to tell him it is none of her business- we have never had one complaint from any parent- this co worker has had many complaints regarding other issues- we will admit it needed cleaning but it wasn't her job or any of her business. What do you think?
title was supposed to say co- worker cleaned my room but I hit a key and it loaded by accident
I'm confused. Did the coworker clean your classroom and then complain to your boss?
Is that why your boss wants to talk to you? Because your boss thinks your room was too dirty beause the coworker complained?
If so, I think your plan is appropriate---admit it needed to be cleaned, but wasn't that bad, and the coworker had no right to butt into your business.
But first wait to hear what the boss has to say before you address anything.
I know it has nothing to do with parenting-but this board has the most activity- I posted over in employment too- just wanted some opinions
why don't you post this on your state forum, but since you asked here is my opinion, who cares if she cleaned your room, one less thing for you and your co-teacher to do
