After only 2 maybe 3 months my girls showed me holes in their Nikes. Two different styles but stitching just came out while it is obvious there is not much wear. These girls are not "Hard on shoes."

What other brands of shoes can I buy for under $50. My girls are 9.5 and 10 and still growing out of shoes about every 10 months or so. maybe less but a pair of shoes should last more than 3 months.

Underarmor, you can find them pretty cheap at outlets and sports authority or Dicks sporting goods if you have those.

Both of my boys (8 & 11) love Skechers. My youngest is really hard on shoes and these last until he grows out of them.

Gotta agree with this. My husband grew up with cheap shoes and his feet are a mess to this day.

I have no problem buying second hand clothes for these girls-especially when they were little. I used to shop at twins club consignment sales all the time but I will not buy used shoes for them. Doctor told me long ago shoes conform to wearers feet and it can cause damage to put somebody in used shoes-especially a child.
thanks txtqueen. proud to finally rep you.....
