That boy needs a lot of help. To not only beat but also rape a 99 year old woman is sick. I can't imagine being that boy's mother, living next door to the crime scene. She'll need some serious therapy.
I'm not against the death penalty and in a case like this, may be too good of a punishment for him.
Life in prison would certainly be much harder than the death penalty. Especially at such a young age. Something must be mentally off with him though and he is a danger to other being free.
But with life in prison you always run the risk of someone like the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco....deciding he's just misunderstood......
There is no appeal after the sentance is carried out.
there are 4 types of ppl in this world that should be untouchable and that is the elderly babys/children disabled and homeless
unfortunatly they seem to be fair game for these cowards
