Mother of student says aide was allowed to resign; she wishes school had informed her of incident sooner.
PLYMOUTH, Michigan — A Plymouth fourth-grader has two small holes in her forehead after a teacher’s aide allegedly attempted to staple a piece of paper to the girl’s head.
Natalie Wilson, the mother of the Jefferson Elementary School fourth-grader, said the aide was allowed to resign by school officials following the incident Monday morning.
I would question why she was allowed to resign and not thrown out of the school. I sure hope that the parents don't drop this. I think that the teachers aid needs a psychological evaluation.
Ya know, this and the other thread about the girl whose pants were pulled down. It is just incredible. Educators are mandatory reporters, yet under the veil of confidentiality, they hide thousands and thousands of assaults each year to keep their crime stats low.
I hope that the parents sue the crap out of them...because money is what will motivate them to do the right thing....for all the wrongs reasons.
The all sounds like a plot for a Wes Craven movie......scary......
