It's weird. Honestly I think all that cosplay and anime stuff is stupid. I would prefer super social jock kids but I'd support my kids in whatever wasn't illegal. I still wouldn't be overly thrilled but I'd support them.
I think if you took that bow out of her hair and put some jeans on her she would like any other teen out there. I think it's just a fad (she hasn't really "discovered" herself at 15) reinforced by her moms support, that will eventually fizzle out when this child matures.
