Does anyone remember this case (1999) where Geegory K. divorced his parents? I believe he went on to be adopted. This is different from emancipation because the kid is not asserting that he can support himself but instead somehow initiates process of having parents declard unfit.

Anyone know where to begin?

Thanks.

Sara

I think there are a lot of people who should never have kids. I remember that case. I hope he grew up healthy and happy.

I would contact DCS (department of child services) for a good place to begin. They are the 1st to want to declare parents unfit.
