I have scanned through the ongoing chat topics and noticed a lot of really great discussions that should be in the general Parenting Forum to give those who are not interested in chat a chance to discuss something that may be of value to them or want to continue but other posts may send the topic to the bottom of the page making it frustrating to continue the discussion.

This chat thread is for us to chat with each other about our kids without having to stay on topic. We can post pictures, our brags, and whatever is currently on our minds with our parental/family/ social/ personal activities. It will give us a place to take a break from the more serious topics in the General Parenting forums to sit back and just enjoy gabbing with each other

Ok so I don't see the old thread anywhere.
Was it all deleted?

It is still here. We are only allowed two sticky threads so I had to un-stick the old chat thread and closed it. It has since moved on down the column.

Just have to brag a little then about my kid - she had her Spring celebration at her daycare (kind of a graduation for the oldest ones and showing off dances and things) and during the parent-child dance she saw her friend didn't have a parent to dance with so she danced with her instead of dancing with her daddy which she clearly really wanted to do. Such a sweet kid sometimes

Too sweet sometimes, she invited half the kids in the neighbourhood to our house to play today - toys everywhere! But it is nice that she is so friendly - so nice to see the personality our kids develop

That really is sweet

We just enrolled my 3.5 years old in soccer. She seems to love it.

It is sweet though now there's always kids in my house but I don't mind so much, although the older ones try to chat to me which means I have to struggle with my Finnish.

That's great, bet she does love it! There's some really cute little toddlers in my kid's footy club, so funny when they're trying to kick the ball though they wander off half way through.
