Sidewalk chalk drawings
Get a large piece of white paper, paint the bottom of each child's foot and have them walk across the paper to create a painting with everyone's footprints on it - you will need a chair on each side of the paper and water and towels to wipe off the kids feet at the end of the walk. Alternatively, do handprints and put each kids name by their handprints - then take a picture of the final work and email it to the mom's to print out at home.
