My mother sewed Raggedy Ann dolls and other rag dolls and animals for us. We loved them.
Any toys for a baby of 2 years old. I mean I don´t have money to purchase new toys. Parents in this situation, where do you go to get used toys or donated toys? Also getting basic needs as wipes, nappies, clothes and other accesories donated would be good news for us.

Is there a local Freecycle group in your area? I am aware that you and your family are not living in the United States, but there are member groups located across Europe and the UK, so finding a local group might be worth looking into.
I've noticed that many parents offer their gently used clothing, toys, baby accessories, and occasionally, cloth diapers (nappies) on our local group page. You can also ask on Freecycle if anyone has something that your child could use that they might be ready to pass along now that they or their children are no longer using them and see if anyone offers it.
There are many second hand shops here in Australia and there are also charities that donate to people in need. I would be surprised if there are not the same in a European country.
I can go down to the local thrift store and get an 18 gallon bag full of stuffed toys for $1. I have to take them home and clean them, but the bag is full of nice stuffed toys. 20-30 stuffed toys for that $1.
I'm going to suggest that you start asking your neighbors and go onto a forum for your location.
Most of us on this forum are in the United States and no one here has any idea of what money saving opportunities, or what thrift stores, or what charities would be available in your country. You are asking for advice from people who have no information that might be useful to you.
Most of your neighbors are living on the same economy as you are. They will have suggestions about how to survive on the salary you are earning.
St Vinnie DePauls will give out wipes and diapers and baby formula. Sometimes the food bank has baby supplies. But how does that help you over there in Romania, or wherever it is that you are living? You need to ask the local people for local information. Surely there is some sort of public nurse who can give you information for your baby?
My kids have more fun with the empty boxes there toys come in than the actual toys sometimes. Just poor your love into that baby and they will be just fine. Fancy toys don’t equal love.
I have a baby, less than 2 years old and while we try to do our best for our baby, we live in low income and don´t have much money at the moment. We buy all the necessary clothing, nappies, wipes, food but we can only buy few toys. Despite working hours we spend the rest of the day with him and we love him much than he will know. But I am afraid, he realizes that he has no the same opportunities and goods like other kids.
He doesn't need lots of toys. Focus on improving your situation in whatever way you can instead of worrying about stuff since toys are just stuff.
I know that the OP is referring to a toddler in the beginning post, but the spirit of the post may point to a few years down the line, when the child starts attending school, and sees other kids with fancier clothes, more toys, or whatever it may be.
If asked by my kids, my response to that query would be that people who feel the need to constantly act flashy and conspicuously display their name brand goods, eg, keep up with the Joneses, are largely putting on an act. Wealthy and well off people do not need to shout about how they have money because people just know.
My kids are 6 and 8 and really don't seem to care about clothes as far as being expensive goes. My husband will buy nice stuff like vineyards vines and my son would be happy to wear a t shirt with Pokémon on it from target. I'm sure that will change
We don't have a pool and that seems to be something they are dying for. They think anyone who has a pool is the luckiest person alive.
