We are interested in the neighborhood between W Trenton Ave and N Pennsylvania Ave -- Burgess, Decou, Walnut, N Lafayette, etc. One house has a Yardley address, one has Morrisville, both are Makefield Elementary and Pennsbury High. The area seems "ok" but there are definite aspects I don't care for (proximity to Trenton, apts on Trenton Ave, dollar stores) and while I realize these alone do not make the area "bad" I'd rather not wonder. Is this a safe/desirable area or one to avoid taking into account crime, quality of life, perception and resale. We are also looking in Fairless Hills and wondering if a solid neighborhood in Fairless Hills is a better option. Still Pennsbury school district but elementary school is not as strong. Thanks in advance for any feedback -- much appreciated!
