Wharf Road Industrial Park has grown from a small area struggling to find new businesses to a burgeoning area of growth over the past few years.

It seems like a good area for it. It's outside of the cities and there's plenty of room.

According to the article, even local residents responded well to the idea. That kind of surprised me.

Depends on how you look at it. I know some were considering moving because a township approved the zoning for a similar facility in Western PA. People don't want the crime coming to their neighborhood.

This facility will only make pills and gels. Another article I looked at outlined the stringent safety precautions that the facility will use (bag checks, employees must wear all white clothes, fences, steel doors, etc.), so I think it will be a safe facility.
