Hey guys, long time reader, haven't posted much if any.
I live with family NJ, work in Philly but we also have property in PA, which I stay at more often then in NJ
Currently I have everything in NJ my license, insurance, taxes (NJ/PA reciprocal tax + philly wage)
I would like to transfer everything to the PA address, what would be the best way to go about this? Should I get the PA license first then register the car/insurance.. Sorry if this seems like a pretty basic question, I just never had to change anything from state to state before any tips would help

You must have a PA drivers license before you can register your car in PA. Link to proof of PA residency and US citizenship documents required for drivers license issuance. Note: PA is not like NJ where Gov. Murphy wants to issue drivers licenses to illegal aliens.

Thanks for the response, Murphy is one of my reasons I am doing this. I am afraid he's going do away with the reciprocal tax this year
