Is Pa racist ? No..i dont think so.
Do some areas desire to remain decent areas ..yes
Like it or not an influx of outsiders will always meet resistance, dont play the race card, gets old after a while.

I don't know how to interpret this other than "people don't want to be around blacks and Hispanics because they are all criminals."

I havnt mentioned any race in particular , its up to you how you interpret it.
Fact remains people who may have lived in areas hundreds of years do not like change , doesnt matter which kind of change.

To suppose i meant it as Blacks and Hispanics are all criminals is your thinking my friend and yours alone.

In answering this question, it may instructive to look at maps comparing Obama's percentage of the vote in 2008 against John Kerry's percentage of the vote in 2004. A number of counties in SW PA, generally around the Pittsburgh area (and west of Johnstown) had a lower percentage of votes for Obama than for Kerry, while most of the rest of Pennsylvania, especially south central PA, the Lehigh Valley, and NE PA, had a higher percentage of votes for Obama than for Kerry (though in some of those areas, especially south central PA, McCain still beat Obama pretty easily). USA Today had this kind of map for the entire country in the 11/6/08 edition and I found it very interesting.
