Hi all!
I've been lurking here for information for a while and figured it's time to post...
My husband has just accepted a job in Manhattan. We are interested in living somewhere in PA that will enable him to commute from the Trenton or Cornwell's Heights stations. We have lived in PA before-in the Poconos-(hubby was born in Pheonixville) and moved to FL after graduating high school. We have two teenagers and two dogs (1 big, 1 small). We are interested in a home with some property attached to it, and hopefully something that could be a lease/option situation. We love the idea of an old farmhouse or something along those lines. We don't mind rural areas (obviously). We are looking for something around $1500-$1800/month, but less would be great too. The kids and I will be moving mid-June, after school lets out-but hubby will be up there mid-April. We need an area with good public schools, maybe something with an art program(my daughter is in a Visual Performing Arts school here).

Any ideas or input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time!
