I don't know if Illinois is in that group of 8 states or not.
And that was 4 years ago, and more than 8 states may have unsealed records, since then.

I'm sure there is pressure from adoptees in every state, to have this law enacted in their state.

Just a update nothing yet from the phone calls so what Im thinking what I should do is mail a letter with a photo of Delores and ask them if they know her what is ur feed back on that.

I've never seen such papers, so maybe other's can tell you.
But, there may be more helpful information on there, than just middle name.

Hey its me tamara Vargas I had to re register for some reason. My mom got her papers back this is her mothers name on my moms birth certificate Dolores Mae Wolfe
