looking for an old friend from high school (friends, names, member)

Hi,

When I was in junior high school and high school, I was best friends with another girl. She was my best friend in junior high but after we went to high school, she hooked up with another crowd and they didn't like me so she stopped being friends.

After high school, I saw her once but then I went off to college and moved and haven't seen her since.

I've asked people on Facebook, through my old high school friends, if they knew what happened to her. Nobody even remembers her.

I know her name, and her address on Long Island.

I've searched on google, people search, all the search engines.

Is there anything I can do to find out whatever happened to her?

If you provide her name, approximate age, city/state you knew here in, etc., there are some great searchers on here that would be able to give you any information they find. But they need some info to go off of.

Hi, I wanted to revive this thread to see if there is anything new I could try to find out what happened to Laurette Porteous from Long Island NY.

She would be 58 now. When she was in high school, she lived in Centereach, NY and her mother worked at Macys.

She came from a large Italian family. She was a very nice, funny and smart girl.

I have searched google and Facebook but can't find anything.

If anyone has any ideas, please let me know. You could even message me.

Do you remember her parents names or possibly siblings? Are you certain of the spelling? Did she go by any nicknames or shortened versions like Laura?
