trying to find father, LARRY RAY JOHNSON, Glasgow Montana 1960's (genealogy, photo)

I was wondering if anybody knows my dad his name is (LARRY RAY JOHNSON) he was stationed in the air force base in Glasgow mt in the 60"s I was born in 1965 in Glasgow mt. I have never met him, he left me when I was 2 years old. my mother name is Evelyn carpenter she also went by the name of
Bridget carpenter.
I have been trying to find him for 30 years with no luck. the last place he live that I know was Hopkins Massachusetts.
if anybody know him please contact me I would like to know if he is still alive and maybe

I have included a picture of him in 1964 at the age of 22

Does your Mother know his age/DOB. Maybe some relatives? I see many with that same name.

cannot find much, a lot with that name, i see you've been looking for over 13 years LOOKING FOR LARRY RAY JOHNSON - Unknown - Family History & Genealogy Message Board - Ancestry.com.

not sure if related, but i see a larry w johnson of the same age in montana AncestryLibrary.com.

his age today would be 71 I can't ask my mother she has past away she hasn't had any contact
with him scene 1968 there are some many people with the name of Larry Johnson out there
it's like finding a needle in a haystack. and I don't know any of this relatives.

his full name is (Lawrence ray Johnson)

Are you sure he lived in Hopkin, MA, and not Hopkington, MA? There are a few Lawrence R. Johnsons in MA.

its says Hopkin on back of the photo I have of him but it could be Hopkinton. I not sure!

Google does find a small place near me that is less than one mile from end to end and population near zero.
However it does not find a Hopkin or Hopkins MA, so Roberta may be correct.
On the photo is there a faint "period" beside the "n" in Hopkin being the photo is quite old?
