Hello Everyone,

I am trying to help my oldest sister find the man who is listed on her birth certificate as her Biological father. The name listed is "Bobbie Carroll" which I am aware is more than likely Robert or Bobby. I am looking for this man who it states was born in California between around 1955 or so. He was 25 at my sister's birth in San Francisco, CA and she was born in 1980. The man I am looking for would be brownskinned. Either African American or atleast part or possibly islander or Puertorican. There are many B Carrolls but so far they all seem to be Caucasion. Another possible name could be Robert Jordan. Please help me. According to my Grandmother(passed) she remembers the PGM (Paternal Grandma) residing at some point on Eugenia St or Ave which I believe is near the cow palace in San Francisco.

Kind Regards,
