Does anyone know Sarah bowers? She is the niece of the late Ida May Hammack. I am Ida May's son Tim and I think she was looking for me a few years back. I changed my name about 15 years ago to Edward Lee. Not to be hard to find but that's the way it is. Anyway the Bowers are McKees rocks family, if anyone knows them I would like to hear from them. Any help would be appreciated. Have a nice day.

Be forewarned, this will most like be moved to the People Search forum (I don't personally agree as I think it's better in local areas but it's not my decision)

Threads like this get moved, but with a redirect that will expire after a couple of days, giving the regulars in the local forum a chance to see whether they can help
Just like this thread.
Yac.

Try contacting the McKees Rocks CDC. They have lots of connections in the community and might be able to direct you someone who can help you with your search.

I'm just curious, and hope you don't mind this question...

After all this time, from the original post, there were no replies until now, almost 2 years. What was it that brought you to this forum, and to find this post?? Did you search for a name within this post for other reasons and get a hit on Google that contained this post??

I see many people who have posted a question with no response for years and out of the blue, they will get a response from someone who just joined CD, which I guess is to respond to that post. But why now, and what prompted you to look now, whereas you haven't found this a year ago, or sooner. Do you yourself have a way that the OP could have found you? I wonder what avenues people have tried to find whoever they are searching for previous to their post here, or after posting.

Like I said, just curious.

TIA

It was by accident as you can see the name was not the name I knew he was looking for another relative
